The original story is below.

It looks like Microsoft has some kind of news to share about the Xbox Gamerscore leaderboard. Xbox engineering lead and corporate vice president Mike Ybarra offered a teasing tweet today. He wrote, “Gamerscore leaderboard news tomorrow. Look for it.”

That’s all he had to say on the matter.

Gamerscore leaderboard news tomorrow. Look for it. 👍👊🔥

Ybarra’s teaser comes just days after Microsoft announced a new Xbox One system update that introduce some new features that will be welcomed by those who can take advantage of them. You can see a full rundown of the changes here.

In a blog post last week, Microsoft teased that it was planning “additional experimental features” for the Xbox One that were not included in the newest update. It is possible that the Gamerscore leaderboard changes that Ybarra teased may be among them.

Whatever the case, we will report back with more details on the new Gamerscore leaderboard news when it’s announced. What are you hoping to see? Let us know in the comments below!
