Shanmugam, Balakrishnan argue for defamation case against Lee Hsien Yang to be heard in Singapore

Both ministers have applied to serve defamation papers on Lee Hsien Yang by Facebook Messenger on the grounds that it is impractical to serve them on Mr Lee personally in the United Kingdom.
