Terms & Conditions:

• Promotion is valid from 27 Sept to 10 Oct 2019 (both dates inclusive) at all POPULAR outlets in Singapore.
• Payment must be made with an eligible American Express Card.
• Eligible American Express Cards are qualifying Basic and/or Supplementary personal American Express Cards issued by American International Inc. in Singapore, excluding American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited and Citibank Singapore Limited. American Express Corporate Cards and Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card are not eligible.
• Eligible Cardmembers will be entitled to one S$5 BookFest Cash Voucher with a minimum spend of S$50 or more in a single transaction on their Eligible Cards at any POPULAR outlets in Singapore during the Promotion Period, per receipt, per Cardmember, per day.
• The total number of redemptions across all outlets is capped at a total of 1,400. Redemptions are on first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last, at the cashiers.
• BookFest Cash Voucher is only valid for use from 6 – 15 Dec 2019 at BookFest@Singapore 2019 (Suntec Convention Hall 401 – 406).
• BookFest Cash Voucher’s terms and conditions apply. The provision of benefits stated in the voucher is the responsibility of POPULAR. American Express is not responsible or liable in the event the vouchers are not fulfilled by POPULAR.
