Better facilities, more classes at relocated CDAC Centre in Woodlands

SINGAPORE – The Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC) centre in Woodlands now offers better facilities and more classes, after moving to a new location that is just a five-minute walk from Admiralty MRT station.
