Terms and Conditions:
- The Giant Savings 2019 promotion is valid from 4 October to 14 November 2019, both dates inclusive.
- The Giant Savings 2019 promotion is only valid for purchases made in-store at Giant Singapore. Online purchases made on Giant Online are not eligible for the promotion.
- Payment must be made with an eligible American Express ® Card (defined below).
- Eligible American Express Cards are valid and qualifying personal American Express Cards (Basic and Supplementary) issued by American International Inc. in Singapore, excluding American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited and Citibank Singapore Limited. American Express Corporate Cards and Singapore Airlines Business Credit Card are not eligible.
- To redeem the offer at all Giant Singapore outlets,
- Card Members with eligible American Express Cards can enjoy a direct S$3 savings with a minimum nett spend of S$40 in a single transaction paid by the eligible American Express Cards (subject to availability stated below).
- Card Member must make payment via the cashier counter where the discount will be manually offset by the cashier. Discount is not applicable for purchases made at self-service checkout kiosks.
- The offer is available on a first come first serve basis, limited to a total of 10,000 redemptions across all outlets.
- The offer is not valid for purchase of tobacco and cigarettes, newspaper and magazines, infant milk powder, phone cards, Dairy Farm Gift Vouchers, lottery and purchases from concessionaires.
- Promotion is limited to one redemption per Card Member. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
- American Express and Giant Singapore reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice or liability to any party. Should there be any dispute, the decision of American Express and Giant Singapore shall be final and no further complaint will be entertained.
- American Express International Inc., shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever caused by or arising from any failure or delay in the provision of or malfunction, defect or deficiency in any services and benefits of the products.
- Giant Singapore shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever caused by non-fulfilment or inadequacy of any privileges, discount, offer, benefit or promotion which is to be fulfilled by American Express. Card Members acknowledge that any disputes in relation to such privileges, discount, offer, benefit or promotion are to be directed to and settled with American Express.
- The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and all participants shall be deemed to have irrevocably agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
