Jeslyn Goh: $25 for shipping is exorbitant! So technically this isn’t “free”. I’ve no qualms supporting a local brand but perhaps you guys may want to rethink your marketing strategy? Cos right now it feels as if you’re marketing this as a free product, but sneakily making us pay the full cost through shipping.
Gymwearmovement: Hi Jeslyn, thanks for your feedback. As mentioned in the Giveaway FAQ, the shipping covers the shipping from China to SG and SG to your home, plus import tax. Even though we absorb the cost of the attire, there is a need to cover logistical costs to execute this campaign, otherwise, it wouldn’t be possible. So we thank you for being understanding and realising running a business needs some funds. 🙂 We want to reach out to as many people possible with this giveaway and $25 for an outfit worth $100+ is a pretty cool deal. So thank you for your support and sharing your thoughts.
