12% off Hotel Bookings at Expedia (American Express Cards)
Terms and Conditions:
- Expedia “Additional 12% off” promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for reservations made from 1 May 2019 to 31 May 2019 (“Book period”), for stay between 1 May 2019 to 31 August 2019, both dates inclusive (“Stay Period”).
- Redemption of 12% discount is limited, and based on first-come-first-serve basis. Code will not be valid once redemption cap is met.
- The Promotion is applicable to booking merchant hotels at designated hotels (prepaid only) made through the dedicated landing page at www.expedia.com.sg/amex only.
- The Voucher Code (“AMEXSG12”) can only be redeemed against bookings for Eligible Hotels. An “Eligible Hotel” refers to a hotel labelled “Expedia Rate” which is not on the exclusion list in https://www.expedia.com.sg/g/rf/coupon-exclude-hotels?siteid… (“Exclusion List”) and for which payment is made at the time of booking to Expedia. The Exclusion may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
- The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, and additional charges).
- Payment must be made with an Eligible American Express® Card.
- “Eligible American Express Cards” are qualifying personal American Express Cards issued by American Express International Inc. in Singapore, including American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited and Citibank Singapore Limited.
- American Express Corporate Cards are not eligible.
- The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services.
- The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price items (unless specified).
- For “Additional 12% off for American Express Card Members”, Card Members may use the Voucher Code (“AMEXSG12)” to enjoy a twelve percent (12%) savings when booking an eligible hotel on www.expedia.com.sg/amex
- To be eligible for this promotion, Card Members must make payment upfront at the time of booking on www.expedia.com.sg/amex. If an Eligible Card Member chooses to pay for an Eligible Hotel directly upon the completion of the Eligible Card Member’s stay, the Voucher will not be valid.
- Card Members may be asked to present the American Express Card used to make the online purchase for verification purposes during check-in.
- Discounts applied may be nulled if there are any reservation changes made after purchase confirmation, or after promotion period. Card member may be required to be pay for the reservation difference, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (if applicable).
- Additional restrictions including minimum stay, blackout dates, available room types and advance purchase may apply.
- American Express acts solely as payment provider and is not responsible or liable in the event that such services, activities or benefits are not provided or fulfilled by the merchant. Card Members acknowledge that any disputes in relation to the above are to be directed solely to Expedia, who is providing such services, activities or benefits.
- American Express and Expedia reserve the right to change the Promotion, or Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, the decision of American Express and Expedia shall be final.
